Tip: The Custom Comps wizard allows you to add criteria to your search. As you step through the wizard, your criteria will be displayed in the bottom of the window.

First you’ll define the the geographic area for the comps (such as a neighborhood or zip code), then you’ll be able to limit your comps to houses of a specific type (such as year built, size and sales price).
